This is a Petition from the Siberian Appeal to build a new Children's Hospital in Barnaul, Siberia because the current one is totally dilapidated, unhealthy, unequipped, unsafe and unfair to treat children, addressed at the Altai Government. By signing this you will shed light on the urgent need of a new hospital and tell the Altai Government, who are reluctant to build or even know anything about this hospital that it is unacceptable to have a hospital as bad, ruined and horrible as this being used to treat children, many of whom suffer from Leukemia and other life threatening diseases - who need to be treated urgently - to not receive any support for necessary equipment, medicines, beds, wards or even renovation. Please give the children of Siberia a new hope, Now, and tell them, Now, to build a new hospital.
