allow Early pregnancy units to refer women to midwives.

I have discovered from my local Early pregnancy Unit at the Hospital that your GP surgery recieves £100 pounds for every pregnant woman they refer to the community midwife. The local Early Pregnancy Unit are not allowed by the Government, whereas this £100 per woman could help them with new scanning equipment etc. At the moment the hospitals EPU only has one scanner and is unindated with patients.

I am horrifide to find a surgery makes so much money out of us - where is this money going???!?!
