Help with the HOWS and not WHATs of diet and exercise
We don't need personalised plans for what we should be eating or what exercise we should be taking, we need help with HOW to achieve these goals in the messy, chaotic lives that we need.
Some of the things that might help (feel free to add your own):
- this is in my fridge.... what healthy meal could I make with it?
- this is where I live and work and where my child's school is... how much energy would I use by walking? Save carbon by taking the bus?
-what is on offer in my local supermarket? what healthy meal can I make with the offers?
-this is where I live... what are safe running routes here? Will anyone (who I know is safe because they have been vouched for online) be going walking or running in the next 2 hours nearby? Will I be able to keep up with them?
-I'm growing tomatoes in my garden... do you want to swap for courgettes?
