nothing new but this idea is about good looking, tasty, well presented, healthy food for hospitalized patients.

what type? who pays for the cost? what about dietary restrictions? what about mastication and deglution issues?

Why not have a restaurant partnered with a hospital? Mainly for families and ambulatory patients.
